Sach Pass Trek

Start from Delhi and drive to Pathankot, then onward to Bairagarh. This is a long driving day, covering approximately 700km. Alternatively, one can start from Dalhousie, which is closer to Bairagarh. Overnight stay in Bairagarh, which is a small village at the base of Sach Pass.

Drive from Bairagarh to Killar, crossing the Sach Pass. This is a challenging 100km stretch with a roller coaster ride, ascending to 4,414 meters at the pass and descending to 2,600 meters at Killar.The journey from Bairagarh to Killar can take around 8-10 hours, with potentially rough road conditions.The route includes stops at Kalaban and Satrundi before reaching the pass and continuing to Killar.Overnight stay in Killar.

Start from Killar and head towards Chamba. This leg can include stops at Gulabgadh and Kishtwar. The road from Killar to Jammu via Gulabgadh and Kishtwar is generally smooth. The return journey from Jammu to Delhi is straightforward, with good road conditions. Overnight stay in Chamba.
